The price of a private rehearsal room is set by the room: location, size and characteristics. Tell us what you need and we will quote the available rooms. Drop-in starts from SEK 129 per hour on weekdays 07:00–16:00.

Location, floor area, room characteristics and current availability affect the price. We always provide the price of a specific available room before a viewing and contract.

Current pricing and complete payment terms are included in the offer and contract for the room or service you choose.

The standard notice period for a private rehearsal room or music studio is three months. Full contract terms are provided before signing.

Yes. A private room can be shared by several musicians or bands with separate times, shared costs and digital entrance access.

Tenants have digital access to their private rehearsal room or music studio 24 hours a day, every day.

Parking is free at Fraktflygargatan 3 in Skarpnäck and paid at Minuthandlarvägen 2 in Årsta. Loading by the entrance is free for 30 minutes at both locations.

A private room with access 24/7, digital keys, monitored entrances, Wi-Fi, shared kitchen, free coffee and loading access. Free parking and the vending machine vary by location.

Private rehearsal rooms and music studios are normally intended for your own equipment. Any existing equipment is specified with the available room.

Rooms use a room-within-a-room principle for drums, amplifiers and other loud instruments. Some sound transfer between neighbouring rooms can occur.

Drop-in is a fully equipped room in Årsta that can be booked by the hour without a long-term contract.
